1. Bearing preparation

As the bearings experience the rust treatment and wrapping, so please don't open the packing before installation.

In addition, the bearing coating antirust oil with good lubricating property, bearings which for general purpose or filled with grease can be directly used without cleaning. But for instruments with bearings or bearings for high-speed rotation, should use clean oil to wash the rust oil away. Then the bearing is easy to rust,it can not be placed for a long time.

2. Inspection of shafts and housings

Clean the shaft and the housing, to confirm no scars and no burr after mechanical processing . The shell must without grinding (Sic, AI203) sand, chip etc..

Next, check the size, shape and quality of the shaft is in accordance with the drawing.
